Patricia Cupit

Dr. Patricia Cupit serves as the Chief Operations Officer of Springbok Health. Dr. Cupit leads the operational functions and drives strategies to optimize employee and business success.

Patricia brings a wealth of experience to the leadership team and believes in the profound impact of excellent business operations driving Springbok Health mission to improve the health of our communities, one person at a time, by building relationships through understanding, patience, and listening. She thrives in interacting and connecting with others to solve problems and reach solutions.

With a lifelong interest in behavioral health, and over 15 years of experience in management roles, Patricia’s knowledge was key to Springbok creation and establishment, and she has rejoined us to focus on internal operations to ensure efficient, effective, and high-quality mental health service delivery in today’s rapidly shifting healthcare environment.

Dr. Cupit obtained her doctoral degree in Management with a concentration in Organizational Development. Patricia has the ability to execute overarching strategic visions by breaking down tasks and prioritizing what is needed to keep Springbok moving forward while keeping the core values and practices.
