I am Amanjyot Sidhu, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. My passion has always been to provide comprehensive care to individuals with chronic mental health conditions, treating each patient holistically by addressing both physical and mental health needs.
I began my medical journey in India, attending medical school before moving to the United States. Here, I broadened my knowledge of health systems by earning a Master’s in Public Health from the University of South Carolina, where I focused on health insurance, health promotion, and healthcare financing. I later completed my Bachelor of Nursing in Atlanta, Georgia, followed by a Master’s in Nursing from Walden University in Minnesota.
With extensive clinical experience in both outpatient and inpatient behavioral healthcare settings, I am dedicated to my role as a PMHNP, ensuring that my patients receive thoughtful, compassionate care tailored to their unique needs.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking, traveling, dancing, and spending time with my family.
