Natalie Jankelow is the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) and co-founder of Springbok Health. Along with Mark, Natalie collaborated on a project at NP School, where they envisioned and created their own practice, Springbok Health. This vision became a reality in 2014 when they opened Springbok Health in Pueblo, later expanding to Colorado Springs.
Natalie has been a nurse for 27 years and holds a master’s degree in nursing education. She also graduated from the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program at Colorado State University.
“I love to teach! It is the best way to help others!”
Springbok Health frequently mentors nurse practitioner students, and Natalie takes pride in ensuring that students have meaningful experiences that build a strong foundation for their careers.
“I was a travel nurse for over a decade, with my main area of focus being stepdown cardiology. This experience helped me develop the skills to adapt quickly to different hospital environments. I gained valuable experience working in all areas of hospitals and some outpatient clinics. I especially enjoyed working with cardiac patients, veterans, children, and oncology clients, as well as serving in a supervisory capacity at a large local hospital. I believe in adapting and leveraging a network of colleagues to find resources that meet the needs of every patient.”
When not at work or studying, Natalie enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
