Natalie has been an RN for 25 years and has a master’s degree in Nursing Education. I love to teach! It is the best way to help others in need! Springbok Health often takes on NP students and enjoy ensuring that the students cover all aspects of their education and have a lot of meaningful experiences to build a great foundation for their careers. I was a Travel nurse for over a decade, with my main area of focus being stepdown cardiology. This experience allowed me to gain the skills to be able to adapt quickly and adjust to all hospital environments. I was able to work in all areas of the hospitals and some outpatient clinics. I especially enjoyed working with cardiac clients, Veterans, children, oncology, as well as a nurse supervisory capacity in a large local hospital. I believe in being able to adapt and utilize the network of colleagues to be able to find resources to help and assist every need of patients. The philosophy of Springbok Health, is to really listen to and understand their clients, when not at work, I love to travel, spend time with my family, and being a member of SCA-PTO and PEO-BT.
